“Thanks to the resources invested by GasOriente
in vaccination and improved management of livestock, our town ranks first
in the control of foot-and-mouth disease. The community has been recognized
for this at national and international levels because it directly benefits
the health of the population.” Dilma Peña, San José
de Chiquitos Mayor
Located near the southern starting point of the pipeline, San José
de Chiquitos lies in the eastern part of Santa Cruz de la Sierra. The

in surrounding areas. Many are involved in agriculture and cattle raising.

because of the significance of its Jesuit Missions Complex in Chiquitos.
The site will be restored with GasOriente resources.
